It has been successfully tested on:

so, please provide a feedback for others Belle devices.
If the patch doesn't work for your Belle device, please, write the
device model and attach here your z:\sys\bin\installserver.exe file, so
I'll be able to fix the patch.
As soon as the patch will be reported to be working for all the Belle devices, I'll include it in RP+

Step by step on how to have unlimited (100) home screens
1 - Backup folder C:\private\200159c0 and file C:\private\10202be9\persists\200159c9.cre (This is in case you don't like it after the mod is done.)
2 - Open the Rar file and copy to c:\. Overwrite all if prompt to.
3 - Go to C:\private\10202be9\persists\ and delete 200159c9.cre
4 - Restart the phone.
Homescreen will revert to it's original state.
A prompt may pop up for some error in homescreen. Ignore it. (Although It did not come on my N8)
Note after 6 Homescreens the screen dots on...
